How do I get brand deals on Tent?

Advertisers find you from your public media kit, send a direct offer or Book Service, or you apply to an open marketplace campaign. Tent does not auto-match or assign you to a brand — someone has to pick you, or you claim an open MICRO slot.

What shows on my public media kit?

Only what you publish. A platform stays off the page until you save a handle, follower count, and a verification choice. A service stays off until you enable it and set a rate. An empty kit stays empty, so add at least one platform and one priced format before you share the link.

What is the difference between MICRO and CONTENT campaigns?

MICRO campaigns are first-come claims for a small action. CONTENT campaigns need an application and an award before you deliver a post or video. Direct offers and Book Service are one-to-one briefs from a brand that already chose you.

How do campaign slots work?

Each marketplace campaign has a fixed number of slots. A slot is occupied when you are awarded the brief or have a live proof in review — not by a stale counter. Apply where you are eligible, wait for the advertiser to award you, then deliver in the deal room and submit proof.

How does profile verification work?

Email confirmation unlocks Tent features. “Verified by Tent” on a social handle means an admin reviewed that handle — not that Instagram, TikTok, X, or YouTube logged you in. Withdrawals require Smile ID (NIN/BVN) plus a Paystack-verified bank account. Blacklisted or strike-capped accounts cannot cash out.

Do I need NIN/BVN before I can apply?

No. Confirm your email to use Tent. Smile ID (NIN/BVN + face) and a Paystack-verified bank account are required to withdraw — not to apply, claim, or deliver.

How fast and secure are payouts?

Approved work releases your 80% share to your Tent wallet. Tent retains 20%. If the advertiser does not review in time, escrow auto-releases after 72 hours. Withdraw to a verified local bank account through Paystack. NGN and USD stay in separate wallets.

What if the brand and I disagree?

Message them in the deal chat first. If that fails, either side can open a dispute while money is still in escrow. An admin either releases your payout or refunds the advertiser. Lost disputes can add a strike; three strikes can ban the account.
